Great comedy with lots of drama
Following the lives of Taylor, Emma, Jasmine, and Lexi, all Americans living in London. They strike up friendships and are all working towards their goals, sharing their lives and relationships with us.
This was great! As I have come to know and love, T.B. and Miranda has balanced the humor and drama in this story perfectly. We’re experiencing life with four very different women, all with unique situations that have brought them to this part of their life. As their friendships grew with one another, emotions and decisions also added to the complexities of their lives. Relationships, both between them all, and with external people, made some moments so intense and weaved an excited web to get tangled up in.
The way the story focuses on one or two characters at a time and what is going on in their lives at that moment made the story really fun. It offered an opportunity to get to know each of them a bit more personally than we would have done had they all been together each time. The mix of personalities brought so much variety to the story and I loved the contrast when they shared their views about what they thought about the events or assumed about each other.
So many fantastic moments throughout the story make it memorable, and also personal and relatable. I’m already excited by everything that happened for each and every one of them in this story and can’t wait to find out what happens next!
